Loyalty Radar is an application for Zendesk that helps administrators to setup NPS® Surveys in Zendesk with a greater flexibility than Zendesk allows by default.
We achieve this flexibility by enabling invitations to NPS® Surveys based on ticket events and not only on customer profiles. All this using regular and well known to many business rules in Zendesk such as triggers and automations and Insights reports to analyze your data.
For example, using this app you can send out a NPS® Survey invitation 30 days after a customer has made a purchase from you or contacted your online support for a specific topic. Besides, you can combine different events at once to define even more specific segment of customers you want to analyze.
